11 Months Old!

I'm a little behind on my blogging, so I'm going to try and catch up the next few days. First things first-an update on Carson! I CANNOT believe my baby is 11 months old. That is one month less than a YEAR. Where has the time gone? Each stage has been so much fun. Right now he is mommy's little buddy. He follows me around the house wanting to do everything that I do. Here are some stats!

Nicknames: Dude, Monkey, Stinker, Big Guy

Age: 11 months

Weight: Not sure...around 25lbs I would say

Height: Again, not sure till we go to the dr. next month

Clothing size: 12-18 months

Favorite Foods: bananas with yogurt, string cheese, graham crackers, ANYTHING that we are eating.

Favorite toys: His Little People car that he can push around and ride on, balls, cell phones, cords, pretty much anything with lights and music.

Favorite People: MOMMY, Daddy and Aunt Rachel

Sleeping: 11-12 hrs a night, plus 2-3 naps during the day

Comforts: his thumb and his blanket...he LOVES both and carries his blanket around the house with him now. When he gets tired or hurt he will bring his blankie over to me and snuggle up.

Latest tricks: WALKING! (still only about 4 steps at a time before he falls on his bum, but he's getting much better), zooming up the stairs anytime the gate is down and now trying to go down them (with a few bumps on his head), understanding things I say, like "come here" or "no", dancing to music on the t.v. (it's sooo cute!), Looking for things he has dropped out of his sight.

Favorite activites: splashing in the bathtub, doing anything that mommy is doing like unloading the dishwasher, typing on the computer and talking on the phone, playing with other little kids, playing "I'm gonna get you!" with mommy, being tickled and he loves when we pop out from around the corner and say boo.

Least Favorite things: getting his diaper changed, tying bibs around his neck, being stuck in his carseat for too long

Other Fun Facts: Our little dude LOVES to talk. He thinks that whenever it's quiet (like in church during the prayers or when mommy is on an important conference call) it's time for him to be the center of attention and talk as loud as he can! Haha :) He also loves to talk to himself in his crib before falling asleep. He now has SIX teeth-four on top and two on bottom. He loves HAIR-wierd, I know. Carson has to twirl his or my hair whenever he is drinking a bottle or trying to fall asleep. He also loves to eat my hair. He very much enjoys going to both his grandmas houses to see their dogs and they all love him too!
