We recently returned from a 5 day vacation to Macomb, Illinois, or should I say The Burning Apocolypse as it's called by those who live there. It's really not that bad...it's just literally in the middle of nowhere. We flew out to attend the wedding of Mike's cousin Jennie who got married in the Nauvoo temple. Jennie is also my ex-roommate and the one who introduced Mike and I. Even though Mike isn't a big fan of weddings, we all had a great time visiting with family and just getting away for a few days.
